Mindfulness
Be kind...
We live in a world where people actually have to protest to make others realise that all lives matter, in a world where there is so much to see and yet not being there to see it seems to be the only option left for some people. We live in a world where people are scared of calling their emotional issues 'mental illnesses' because it’s too daunting to have someone else out there know that you’re not okay.
We live in a world where we hesitate to tell people we love them, but it takes about a second to let someone know that they are hated and talked about behind their backs. Why?
Why is it so easy to talk about things that can have so many consequences? Why is it so easy to talk so casually about depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, why is it a joke?
Why are people being judged when they’re just being human.
Each person goes through struggles, so many things could be going wrong for them that we are unaware of and yet we make rash decisions when passing comments.

7 billion. That’s the global population right now. And if each person chose to just say one nice thing, give out one compliment or just not talk if they didn’t have anything positive to say about someone, the world would be a much kinder place, a better place.
A place where people would want to stay. A place that people would want to be alive to see. A place that actually accepts us for who we are.
Take the first step today, compliment someone, tell a loved one that you miss them or you love them, let your close friends and family know that you’re there for them. Do it because one good word could save a life, one good action could make someone want to be alive, but one wrong thing could do the exact opposite.
We have been given the power to impact the people around us, make impressions and we don’t realise the power we had over someone until we don’t anymore, until they’re gone. So I’m asking you to use this power for good, spread a little positivity in the world and if you can’t, at least don’t spread negativity.
Choose to be kind and compassionate while you still can because that is the most lacking thing in the world right now.
We need good deeds, positive thoughts, happy memories. So work towards that instead of against it.
