Thought before action.

You are fine just the way you are. When was the last time you sat down to reflect on something you said? Most people won’t remember. But when was the last time you thought of a comment which was made about you? I’m guessing this has a more recent answer…even if the thought is only lingering in your mind subconsciously.  Often times, we make comments without a second of thought. Be proud.

You be you.   His chest rose and fell painfully, he stood there, trembling, words barely coming out of his mouth. He looked down at his hands as they shook in agony. His mind failed to comprehend what was happening and his body barely understood its own actions.  This feeling, do you know what it’s called? If you don’t, I’m really glad. If you do, I’m so sorry and I hope you feel better soon. This is what a lot of us call anxiety.
